When can I order?
You can only order between Monday and Friday.
We change our menu weekly and update it on the website on a Monday, which is the menu for the following week. As our food is freshly prepared we stop taking orders at midnight on the Friday.
When do you deliver? Can I collect?
We currently only provide home delivery on a Sunday between 10am-8pm. Check where we deliver below. Our food is freshly prepared every weekend and then delivered straight to your door.
In addition to home deliveries we currently deliver to a limited number of workplaces in Stirling Centre on a Monday morning. If you would prefer this over home delivery, please let us know by contacting us or by leaving a note at checkout.
We also do orders for collection between 12-4pm on a Sunday too :)
If you are really eager to order and none of these options work for you then please drop us a message - we are happy to try and be flexible where we can!
How long does the food last? Can it be frozen?
Each of our items has a use by date specified on it. We design our menu to ensure that they last you through the working week when you order a variety, so check the dates when you receive your order and eat them accordingly.
The majority of our items can be frozen. It will be labelled 'can be frozen' if so, and can be frozen for up to 2 months. Once frozen, items must be left to defrost before reheating.
Where do you deliver? How much is delivery?
Cost of delivery is a flat rate of £5 per delivery.

What is your return policy? Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately as the food is freshly prepared to order we do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us directly.
Should you change your mind and wish to amend or cancel your order you can do so by contacting us, however you must do so by midnight on Friday (the Friday before your delivery date). Providing you contact us before this deadline you will be eligible for a full refund when cancelling your order, or a part refund where required. If you have missed this deadline and do not want to receive your order you will still be required to pay and will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via all major Debit/Credit cards. We will also accept payment via manual payment methods of paypal or direct bank transfer. You will receive an email confirming your order once placed. Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received. If you choose to pay via paypal or direct bank transfer your order will only be authorised and processed by us when payment is received.
How much do I need to order?
There is a minimum amount order of £15 (not including delivery fee).
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes - of course! We do our best to cater to all dietary requests. Please ensure you inform us of any allergies or intolerances when ordering.
